Requesting UN troops to intervene in case of mass killing of Formosa demonstrators in Vietnam

 Dear Mr Secretary General Ban Ki-moon,

 I have a concern that the Vietnamese authorities might order mass killing of the demonstrators in Vietnam regarding the controversial Formosa-related pollution issue.

 I would like to inform you of the serious situation and request that you would do all what you can in your power to mobilize UN troops to intervene in time to prevent another Tiananmen Square massacre.
